Examiner/Abstracter/Searcher, Office Manager, Title Insurance Agent
REPORTS TO: SVP, Florida State Operations
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
SUMMARY: The Title Search Services Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing all strategies and activities associated with the providing of title searches to CATIC's independent title agencies.
40 hour work week, Monday - Friday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.
Develops and expands company’s ability to provide residential and commercial title searches to the company's independent title agents.
Manages internal CATIC personnel within the Title Services Department.
Manages external searchers and examiners to assure timely and accurate residential and commercial title searches are performed.
Oversees the development and maintenance of all title search services operations.
Identifies new search and examination technologies and personnel.
Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services within the industry.
Produces daily and monthly department reports to track and analyze trends.
Creates, implements and manages departments budgets to assure financial viability.
Compliance and adherence at all times with the organization’s Code of Ethics and Conduct as well as all of our company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications with experience creating content for marketing collateral and social media
Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to accomplish department goals
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in title search and examination production.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience implementing fully integrated residential and commercial search and examination services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Experience performing residential and commercial searches online and in the county recorders' offices. Experience managing search staff.
